My good friend Jim Matorin of Smarketing has an interesting article in the current issue of Nations Restaurant News entitled “Morph Marketing”. It outlines an unusual new “outside the box” approach to marketing management and planning. Although it has no DIRECT connection with TPM, the marketing elements which drive TPM come from marketing.
