Any of these evolutionary issues could create a tipping point that would launch the foodservice industry into a new direction in its supply chain and/or its go-to-market strategies. Taken together… well, let’s just say that together, they could create a real revolution in how we address our business processes.
This commentary is meant to be a “thought starter” for you. I will be using some of these TP’s to structure some commentary on what direction the future of foodservice organizations and strategies may take. Will I have the answers? I doubt it. What I can promise you, however, is AN ANSWER.
